Too bad all I did that day was grind money in real life. Also, I’m sure no one in NA would even attempt such an obscure user event.

So, right now I’m sitting here listening to the pretty damn awesome KOF2K OST (Beauty and the Beast specifically), and wondering what I should do, since I’ve been taking weird ass breaks from Mabi in general. I mean, I’ve been playing on and off, in something like, 5 hours per week. At the moment, I’m really looking for something to do in the game. Since I know what’s coming up in Mabinogi in general, the only motivation I can drag up is the continuing perfection of my character and hanging around with awesome people in the guild. But that seems more of a hassle since I can just talk to them elsewhere, and that grinding is a huge bore. Maybe the 5 years of Mabinogi-ing has brought me to the point of “gonna stop playing for good”.

Essentially, I can pretty much emulate the game in my head through others and since my character CANNOT be the best, there is no reason to play other than use the game as a hangout. Visiting information sites, blogs, and videos is more entertaining to me than actually playing the game.
